You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 99betpkr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
KYC Verification: Before processing withdrawal requests, 99betpkr requires Players to complete Know Your Customer verification. This typically involves submission of a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address dated within ninety (90) days, and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. 99betpkr will process KYC documents within five (5) business days of submission.
Where 99betpkr has reasonable grounds to suspect Account fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling, it reserves the right to freeze Account balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation, without prior notice, for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days unless extended by a relevant regulatory requirement.
99betpkr supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each method are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which typically occurs within one (1) business day. 99betpkr does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 PKT. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day.

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic or coordinated wagering strategies, including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage, or hedging across multiple accounts, constitutes prohibited conduct and will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and Account suspension.

Sports Betting: Cricket betting markets, PSL odds, and other sports markets are governed by the sports betting rules applicable at the time of the event. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. 99betpkr reserves the right to suspend or void markets in the event of match abandonment, proven corruption, or data feed failure. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance.
Casino Games: The outcome of all casino games — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, slots, roulette, baccarat, and crash games — is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently audited for compliance. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within each game's information panel.
Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game results are final once the dealer announces the outcome and the round is confirmed. Technical disconnections on the Player's side do not entitle the Player to a refund of wagers placed prior to disconnection. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 99betpkr takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government action, internet service provider outages, or cyberattacks.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose the entirety of funds deposited on the Platform and that 99betpkr bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred in the ordinary course of using the Platform.
